Who are we?

It is OUR MISSION to raise awareness of the issues and impacts affecting those South Australians who are experiencing homelessness or at risk of experiencing homelessness.

HomelessnessSA undertake networking, sector and community education on homelessness in South Australia, through our membership and community engagement. We support other peaks and organisations around advocacy and collaborative pieces to provide a collective voice.

WHO ARE WE

Homelessness SA is a voluntary board made up of people who either work in the Homelessness Sector or who have an interest in housing within the context of social justice. There has been a concerted effort by Homelessness SA over recent years to raise its profile and offer more to the sector broadly.

Homelessness SA at one stage partnered with Shelter SA but both agencies understood that each had a slightly different focus leading to each group becoming more independent, whilst continuing to work closely together around some joint advocacy.
